Gasztronómiai ízutazás a Platán Gourmet étteremben

Két éves előkészítő munka után szombaton hivatalosan is megnyitott a Platán Gourmet étterem, amely a Platán Udvarház és Platán Bisztro mellett várja a csúcsgasztronómia iránt érdeklődőket.

 Óriási megtiszteltetésnek érezzük, hogy részt vehettünk a szakmai megnyitón, ahol Pesti István Michelin csillagos séf és csapata - Erdélyi Emese, Fábián Krisztián, Kovács Krisztina, Prónik Balázs, Sáhó Lilla, Szabó Kevin és Thurányi Enikő- nyolc fogásos degusztációs menüsorral mutatta be a tavasz jegyében megkomponált színes, virágos, rendkívül izgalmas ételeit.

Minden egyes étel megalkotása rendkívüli kreativitásról tanúskodik, amelyet a természet közelsége, az Eszterházy család által hátrahagyott történelmi múlt, valamint a magyar konyhaművészet inspirált. A zöldségek és a fűszerek a Platán étterem saját kertészetéből származnak, amely még vonzóbbá teszi számunkra az amúgy is minden tekintetben kifinomult hozzáállást, amelyet a Platán a hazai porondon képvisel.

A Platán Gourmet étterem varázslatos fine dining ételei esküvők és rendezvények csúcsélménye is lehet azoknak, akik nyitottak az elmélyült, szofisztikált gasztronómia iránt.

De szavak helyett inkább mutatjuk a menüsort és az ételeket, amelyekről egyszerűen csak annyit tudunk írni, hogy fantasztikus volt!

Gastronomic tasting adventure in the Platán Gourmet restaurant

After two years of preparatory work, the Platán Gourmet restaurant was officially opened on Saturday, which awaits those interested in top gastronomy next to the Platán Manor House and the Platán Bisztro.

It is a great honour for us to take part in the professional opening, where Michelin-starred chef István Pesti and his team - Emese Erdélyi, Krisztián Fábián, Krisztina Kovács, Balázs Prónik, Lilla Sáhó, Kevin Szabó & Enikő Thurányi - with an eight-course tasting menu, he presented his colourful, floral, extremely exciting dishes composed in the spirit of spring.

The creation of each dish is a testament of extraordinary creativity, inspired by the proximity of nature, the historical past left behind by the Eszterházy family, and Hungarian cuisine. The vegetables and spices come from the Platán restaurant's own garden, which makes it even more attractive to us from the already sophisticated attitude that Platán represents on the domestic stage.

The magical fine dining dishes of the Platán Gourmet restaurant can also be the ultimate experience for weddings and events for those who are open to in-depth, sophisticated gastronomy. But instead of words, we are showing the menu and the dishes which we can simply write about that it was fantastic!
